New year, new habits?

The calendar writes January, which often means that many people seek to become either healthier or more fit.

But the thing is, that just because the calendar writes January, your body does not necessarily need detoxing. Ask yourself; What is the pursuit of health worth if it is at the expense of your quality of life and social relationships. This does not mean, that you shouldn’t focus on your health. But it means, that you shouldn’t be too hard on yourself. Your body is doing a cleansing process of the toxins automatically.

Make sure that your body gets the right fuel to get going, then you are on the right path.

The motivation is usually on its highest in January, for many, and there is no shame at all in exploiting that. But keep in mind, that January is not magical because it the first month in a new year.

It’s quite simple.

Keep taking your vitamins. Keep a good spirit. Sleep well, eat well. Move, dance, run.
